Position –   TDM (Test Data Management) Consultant
Duration – Longterm Contract
Location – Fully Remote

Need only H1B

 Essential Skills: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect enterprise-level Broadcom TDM solutions across multiple applications and environments
• Define test data provisioning strategies including data masking, subsetting, cloning, and synthetic data generation
• Lead integration of Broadcom TDM with CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, and cloud platforms
• Define TDM governance policies, standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
• Provide hands-on guidance in test data modeling, metadata management, and environment configuration
• Serve as SME for TDM architecture and best practices across Agile and DevOps teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand test data needs and ensure timely delivery
• Evaluate and optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of TDM infrastructure
• Provide mentorship and training to QA teams and junior data engineers

Essential Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Broadcom (CA) Test Data Manager
• Expertise in data masking, subsetting, synthetic data creation, and data discovery
• Deep understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Experience integrating TDM with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) and automation frameworks
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and implementation of compliant test data practices
• Ability to architect solutions that work across on-premise and cloud environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
