Job Description:
• System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for Email Services (Exchange Online) and O365 Apps.
• PowerShell for various Office365 and Exchange administrative functions
• Office Apps Admin portal AKA Cloud Updates by Microsoft to update M365 Enterprise apps organization wide
• Experience implementation and deployment projects, migration, troubleshooting, design and system delivery experience
• Proofpoint email protection products
Desired:
• Microsoft Defender features and tools
• Exchange RBAC roles and following Principle of Least Privilege
• Advanced understanding of retention policies, DLP, and legal hold
• Using Jira for writing stories and following Agile SCRUM ways of working
• Analyzing new features or product changes and envisioning how they impact the stakeholders and business workflows
• Documenting processes and systems for further use by the team
• Outlook Calendaring and AV technology
• Teams and Azure Active Directory technologies
• Service-now Ticketing Tools
