Position –   Sr Gen AI Engineer
Duration – Longterm Contract
Location – Whippany, NJ – Onsite – Need Locals (F2F Interview)

Candidate need to go for Face to Face(F2F) Interview to the Client location

 Essential Skills: 

• Should have 12+ years of experience
• Develop and optimize Generative AI models for NLP, image generation, and multimodal applications.
• Fine-tune and train LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, PaLM, Claude, Mistral, etc.) using supervised learning (SL) and reinforcement learning (RLHF).
• Build and deploy AI-powered applications using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Design scalable AI architectures leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and GPU acceleration.
• Optimize prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Implement MLOps pipelines for continuous model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, product teams) to integrate AI into real-world applications.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, model interpretability, bias mitigation, and compliance with AI regulations.
• Stay updated on cutting-edge research in generative AI and propose innovations for business use cases.
