Job Description:
• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proven experience with PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) applications, mail order pharmacy, order processing, and payment systems.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with healthcare provider applications is a plus.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional and component testing to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
• Conduct thorough API testing using tools such as Swagger and Postman.
• Execute end-to-end integration testing to validate the complete system functionality.
• Utilize SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy.
• Manage and track defects using QTest and JIRA.
• Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure all testing activities are completed on schedule and comply with quality standards.
