Position –  SAP MFG(Manufacturing) Consultant
Duration – Longterm Contract
Location – Vernon Hills, IL

Essential Skills: 

• Should have 12+ years of experience
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing – Process Industries (SAP MFG-PI).
• Strong expertise in SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries) and Repetitive Manufacturing.
• Experience in configuring Master Recipes, Process Orders, and Batch Management.
• In-depth knowledge of Shop Floor Control, Process Integration, and SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Fiori apps.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with QM, MM, WM, and MES systems.
• Knowledge of SAP PP-PI best practices, process automation, and digital transformation.
• Experience with FDA/GMP compliance and validation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
