Job Description:
8+ years of experience in developing Pega applications, with a strong focus on Pega Decisioning and Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
Expertise in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and a good understanding of the decision management features within Pega.
Proficiency in decision strategy design, predictive analytics, adaptive models, and next-best-action solutions.
Experience with Pega’s decisioning tools (e.g., Decision Data Flow, Decision Tables, Decision Trees, Scorecards).
Familiarity with Pega BPM (Business Process Management) and Pega Case Management.
Ability to integrate Pega Decisioning solutions with external systems, databases, and other Pega modules.
Understanding of data-driven decision-making, including the use of data flows, real-time decisioning, and machine learning models.
Experience with Pega 7.x or Pega 8.x versions.
Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) or similar Pega certifications are a plus.
