Job Description

This position is responsible to

Develop software and system for multicast download functionality for use in HP factories and partners/oems.

Design a multicast network solution that will function in existing Type 2 and new K8S environment.

Develop specifications, user guides, installation instruction, troubleshooting procedures and training materials as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related technical field

5+ years programing in C++/C# within an Agile development environment

Experience working with the OSI model – with focus on layer 3 and above

Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols

Experience working with IP Multicast technologies. Different transport protocols suited for multicast

Experience with networking technologies including MPLS, multicast, load balancing, switching and routing technologies

Experience with Kubernetes, container based dev, Linux, API development

Background in tools deployment and support, particularly in Enterprise environments.
