Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on the Benefits module.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Skillset Required:
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, functionality, and integration points.
- Proficiency in configuring benefits-related processes, including open enrollment, life events, eligibility rules, and plan types.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) in Benefits or other relevant areas is preferred.
