Job Title: ERP Project Manager

Location : Baltimore, MD, 21212 (Hybrid)

Duration- 12 Months (C2C)

Client :- Working with Prime Vendor || BCPS

• Job Requirements:-

  Lead and manage the project team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure

• Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Create and manage the implementation using Agile or Waterfall methodology.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including the project team, the customer, and the vendor
• Manage risks and issues throughout the project, and develop mitigation plans as needed
• Ensure that the project meets the customer's requirements and expectations
• Manage the project budget and track costs closely
• Approve all project changes and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Document all project activities and deliverables
• Close out the project and ensure that all lessons learned are captured

Experience, Education and Training; 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in strong project management, with a focus on ERP Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Proven experience in Oracle E-Business ERP Cloud
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira  and creating and managing the Project deliverables.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations
• PMP Certification from PMI a plus
• Experience with other ERP systems, such as  Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP, etc.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems
• Experience with Agile project management methodology
• Experience with change management
