Position –  Business Analyst – ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
Duration – Longterm Contract
Location – Princeton, NJ

 Essential Skills: 

• Should have 11+ years of experience
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in HR processes and ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Service Center.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Strong proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for documentation and tracking.
• Understanding of ServiceNow configuration, reporting, and dashboard analytics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
