| Role Description: | ? Function as Innovation Lead for Automation / ServiceNow / Collaboration with primary focus on Automation? Lead Innovation Initiatives / Projects, POV?s, POC?s in Automation / ServiceNow / Collaboration? Work closely with Product Owner and Manager to create, recommend and align Strategic inputs.? Collaborate with team daily to identify whitespace, challenges, opportunities.? Create business case of initiatives with project plan, effort estimation, cost, benefits!? Provide implementation strategies, migration plans, and technical support for medium-to-high complexity issues/projects.? Conduct Market research on latest offerings, technologies, tools? Recommend identified offerings, solutions by creating POV?s.? Drive Innovation within the team to ideate.? Participate in Innovation Council process by adhering to defined process and timelines.? Participate in Innovation forums, exchange ideas.? Identify transformation, process improvement and automation opportunities.? Work on Service improvement activities and completing it within the target dates.? Collaborate closely with customer, Infrastructure teams and vendors.? Responsibilities include executive and technical-level communications and relationship building to gain credibility/trust of internal and external customers.? Problem solving mentality using internal and/or external resources.? Understanding on ITIL Process & Agile methodology. |
