Job Description:
Technical Skills:
- Collaborate with Product to understand and gather requirements.
- Conduct User interviews.
- Define personas, user journeys and tasks flows.
- Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness.
- Experience working with complex interactions (management level dashboards, reporting)
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively articulate interaction and design ideas.
- Proficient with Invision tool
- Experience with tools like FIGMA, Adobe XD, Sketch – Good to have
- Experience creating design system.
- Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and technology teams
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
- Experience working across Agile/Scrum and Lean UX
- Work efficiently with cross functional teams.
- Should have knowledge on Accessibility and strategize conforming solutions.
