Job Description:
A client in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee SuccessFactors implementations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, and bring 8-15 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in managing SuccessFactors implementations. A PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable. The candidate should possess extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, ONB 2.0, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Compensation, alongside proficiency in project management software like MS Project and JIRA. A strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, as well as expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, is essential. The role demands strong risk management skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills for managing cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate and lead multiple projects simultaneously, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, while tracking progress and adjusting as necessary.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring project success.
- Motivate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate project status, updates, and complex information clearly to stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA to track and report on project progress.
- Ensure adherence to HR processes and best practices throughout project execution.
