Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Job Overview:
The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing system processes, and facilitating the integration of Salesforce solutions across various business functions. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Salesforce developers to ensure that Salesforce is optimized for business needs and objectives.
Design and build custom reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to ensure the system is providing value to business users.
8+ years of experience working with Salesforce as a Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, including working with custom objects, workflows, and reports.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including Lightning Experience and Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow).
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Experience with Salesforce methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and third-party applications is a plus.
Ability to conduct user training and create documentation.
