Job Description:
- The System Analyst with RPA expertise will act as a bridge between business and technology teams to analyze, design, and implement automation solutions. This role focuses on leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to streamline and optimize business processes, improve system efficiency, and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with RPA developers to design and implement automation workflows using tools like UiPath/Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism, conduct feasibility studies to assess the suitability of RPA for business processes, create process flow diagrams, user stories, and use cases for automation solutions.
- Integrate RPA bots with other systems, applications, and APIs to ensure seamless operations, perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions, Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integration and RPA workflows.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and RPA developers to ensure alignment on automation initiatives, conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders about system enhancements and automation benefits.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst, preferably with exposure to RPA tools.
- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, databases, and system integration concepts.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, .NET, or JavaScript.
