Highly experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Finance and Supply Chain capabilities, along with other Mission Critical Programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure that business needs are met through effective IT solutions. This role will focus on driving continuous improvement, implementing new technologies, and supporting strategic initiatives within the Finance and Supply Chain domains.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
· 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Finance and Supply Chain systems.
· Proven experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems( Workday) within the Finance and Supply Chain domains.
· Strong understanding of processes in Finance (financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger) and Supply Chain (procurement, inventory management, logistics).
· Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and change management.
· Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale IT projects.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
