Position Title: Big Query Solution Architect

Location: Bay Area, CA (Onsite) – Local Candidates

Role Type: Contract

Job Description:

·         Work with Partners to understand, validate and document business and technical solution requirements.

·         Provide technical guidance on solution design and evangelise Google products

·         Design and deliver repeatable solutions/assets including demos, proof-of-concepts, sample code, infrastructure-as-code automation, technical documentation

·         Implement feedback loopps with partners and product/engineering teams to inform product roadmap enhancements

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to tailor the content to the audience

·         Excellent hands-on technical knowledge of Google’s BigQuery and data engineering practices

·         Excellent hands-on technical knowledge of Google’s Vertex AI and other Generative AI tools and best practices

·         Excellent knowledge of SQL, Python and Terraform

·         5+ years experience in a customer or partner facing role

·         Good organizational, problem solving and business analysis skills

·         Knowledge of modern Software as a service (SAAS) application design pattern and related best practices on GCP
