Position Title: SAP S/4 Hana MM Lead Consultant

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Role Type: Contract

Implementation Partner: HCL America

Job Description:

·         Work very closely with Supply Chain and internal IT operations team to understand the business requirements and then partner closely with IT development teams and design solutions

·         Understand customer problems and anticipates their needs / Identifies client issues and approaches for determining potential solutions.

·         Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technology

·         Create and present functional and technical design including data analysis to business team, and seek feedback to influence solution design and approach

·         Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases

·         Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives

·         Lead UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff

·         Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary

·         Demonstrate business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements

Skills and Experience:

·         Working knowledge on SAP MM and PP/PM

·         Strong understanding in production and procurement master data such as material master, BOM, routing, Production version and Work center.

·         Strong experience in Maintenance order and Production order processing and required configuration setup

·         Experience in Inventory management

·         Should have a good experience in Configuration of Org structure, Master data, Purchasing, Pricing, and Account Determination, PR/PO Release strategy process, Outputs & Forms, Inventory Management, Logistic Invoice Verification and Physical Inventory areas.

·         Must be experienced in designing and deploying Special Procurement scenarios like Subcontracting, Stock Transport Orders, and Consignment process.
