Position Title: SAP OTC Lead

Location: Tampa, FL (Day 1 onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Tech Lead specializing in OTC (Order-to-Cash) SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) to lead our support and continuous maintenance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OTC processes, leadership skills, and a strategic approach to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of SAP systems.

Responsibilities

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>The selected candidate will have/be able to demonstrate:

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology)

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Language: English (Portuguese is a plus)

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>3 – 5 years’ experience as OTC SAP SD Tech Lead

Required Skills/Qualifications:

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Extensive experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and SAP SD.

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Proven experience in team leadership and resource management.

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Experience in implementing global rollouts and complex OTC projects.

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Experience with S/4 HANA and ECC 6.0.

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Certification in SAP SD solutions (desirable).

Preferred skills/Qualifications:

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Strong Communication Skills

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Excellent Organization & Time Management Skills

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>General Data Analysis and Reporting: JIRA Dashboards, filters, as well as strong Excel knowledge is needed.  Ability to create charts for trending, prioritization.

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Ability to work independently and as part of a team

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Experience with MS Project for creating project plans to bring visibility to dependencies, risks, and issues.

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Experience with JIRA, Excel, MS PowerPoint

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>SAFe knowledge

<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>General SAP working knowledge
