Job Description:

·         managing Business Operations

·         focused towards operations budget management

·         Managing Annual budgets.

·         Managing Headcount and managing allocations

·         Financials Analyses

·         Strategic experience in developing business frameworks – Person needs be with a strategic and thought leadership capability who can build things from scratch – something required to build a process and asset to allocate headcount to individual programs.

·         Superlative communication skills

·         Person should have 12-15 years of deep experience in above field and have excellent communication skills
