Position Title: Oracle Hyperion

Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite)

Role Type: Contract

Implementation Partner: HCL America

Job Description:

·         The candidate will work as a technical support engineer on the Oracle Hyperion products suite. The candidate should have a solid experience in the area of Enterprise Performance Management, Budgeting, Planning, Essbase, DRM/EDMCS and FDMEE.

·         Minimum of 10+ years of Application development and Support   experience in Hyperion EPM version 11 or above within a Fortune 500 company is required 

·         The technologies being used in the current engagement are Oracle Hyperion EPM (EPBCS), Hyperion Planning, Essbase (BSO/ASO), FDMEE/ODI, Essbase Studio, SmartView, IBM Cognos Command Center is a must 

·         Works closely and collaborates with Oracle global support to resolve Customer’s SRs.

·         Works with various functions within Business user groups to ensure RCA is complete and incidents SLAs are met

·         Triage and resolve user support issues.

·         Monitoring performance, logs, backups, events, applications, scripts & jobs

Skills Required

·         Extensive hands-on experience in the following modules of Oracle Hyperion:  

·         EPBCS 

·         Essbase

·         EDMCS

·         FDMEE

·         Data Management/Data exchange

·         Smartview

·         IBM Cognos Command center

·         Narrative Reporting – preferred

·         TRCS – preferred 

·         Oracle Fusion Suite module knowledge is preferred

·         PL /SQL
