Position Title: D365 CE Developer/ D365 CE Technical Project Manager/ D365 CRM Technical Architect

D365 CRM Technical Architect

JD:

· Ideal candidate will be someone who has strong D365 CE & Power Platform knowledge & .Net & cloud architecture and has implemented Enterprise solution end to end, understanding of Azure services and Design patterns

· Worked on at least two large end-to-end D365 CE or Power Apps – Model Driven implementation as a dev lead or Architect.

· Sound knowledge in Power Platform including Power Pages, Model Driven, Power Automate, Power BI and Canvas Apps

· Writing technical specs/ technical user stories/design documents

· Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment

· Be the Voice of the Customer; Share insights and best practices, and connect with Engineering teams to remove key blockers

· Security role and permission

· Deployment including CICD and test automation

· Configuration/Customization – BPF, Email configuration, Ribbon XML, Forms, views, etc.

· Good coding skills in C#, building PCF controls, Azure Functions, TypeScript, and React (preferred).

· Web resources/External components reference

· Integration and data migration (using ADF) concepts

· Dataverse – Entity, fields, publisher, etc.

· Business process Automation – Plugin, Web API, workflows, cloud flows, business rules

· Azure and AI fundamentals

· Coordination and guiding team

· Good knowledge in compliance – data, accessibility, UI/UX, Security

· Experience working with Offshore team

· Excellent communication skills.

D365 CE Technical Project Manager (Will be from development background with project management experience)

JD:

· Should have both technical (D365, Power Platform) and Project Management experience

· Worked on at least two large end-to-end D365 CE or Power Apps – Model Driven implementation

· Good understanding of D365 CE business processes and configurations.

· Lead functional workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions

· Help customers define and document processes when there are no processes in place

· Assist technical consultants with architecting D365 CRM or xRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the client’s organizational processes

· Create and lead on functional and solution design and specification documents

· Create detailed project scope documents for the customer, which includes both estimates for the tasks that will be completed and the project schedule in Microsoft Project

· Lead and deliver internal sessions on best practices and new functionality and features

· Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes and user interface components

· Build project timelines, estimate of level of effort, manage milestones, and course correct projects to maintain schedule

· Working experience in using Agile best practices/Scrum/Azure Dev Ops.

· Define acceptance criteria and partner with engineering to ensure that features align with requirements

· Drive User Acceptance Testing with key stakeholders

· Provide regular updates to stakeholders on projects

· Partner with business teams to ensure that appropriate change management plans exist for the release of larger features

· Orchestrate planning, communications, testing, and stakeholder management across multiple teams.

· Verify that solutions implemented capture the benefits identified during planning.

· Provide guidance to tier 1 tool support personnel, and assist in the management of internal vendor support team

· Serve as an escalation point during outages or investigations

· Work with leadership to understand broader strategies for technology and ensure that solutions implemented follow best practices and contribute to long term vision for organization.

· Good knowledge in compliances – data, accessibility, UI/UX, Security

· Experience working with Offshore team

· Minimum Six years’ experience in D365 CE or Power platform technologies

· Excellent communication skills.

D365 CE Developer (Senior)

JD:

· All aspects related to form customization, such as, but not limited to adding Tabs, Sections, Subgrid, Web Resources, iFrame, Navigation Map Customization, and Ribbons Customization

· Solutions and sitemap customizations

· Javascript and XRM model for JS, including OData calls through JS

· Plug-in development

· Custom workflow development, BPF

· Webservices, WCF, and Fetch XML

· CRM Portal Development and other custom portal development

· C#, ASP.NET/MVC Development, including jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and XML

· Integrating with Azure services through Power Automate, LogicApps, Azure Functions, WebApi’s

· CDM/CDS, PowerApps Model Driven Apps and Canvas apps

· PCF Controls development

· Integration with Office 365 (Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive)

· Integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
