Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Informaticist with a strong background in pharmacy to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epic EHR, specifically Beacon and Willow modules, and will hold a WI Pharmacist License. This role involves attending market-level Epic Willow pharmacy governance meetings, acting as the primary liaison with market operator ops pharmacy leaders, and prioritizing incoming requests in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Attend and participate in market-level Epic Willow pharmacy governance meetings.

·         Serve as the primary liaison with market operator ops pharmacy leaders.

·         Prioritize and manage incoming requests in ServiceNow.

·         Perform run-the-business tasks, including attending committees on clinical practice and managing Epic EHR for medications.

·         Work extensively with Epic and ServiceNow, ensuring smooth operation and integration.

·         Understand and manage clinical and pharmacy-specific workflows, therapy plans, and order sets.

Qualifications:

·         Beacon and/or Willow Epic Certification preferred

·         WI Pharmacist License.

·         5-7 years of experience with Epic EHR.

·         Proficiency in ServiceNow, including tasks, incidents, demands, and projects.

·         Strong understanding of clinical and pharmacy-specific workflows.

·         Familiarity with Google Workspace.
