Position Title: Business System analyst

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite – Only Local Candidates) – No Relocation accepted

Role Type: Contract

Mandatory Skills:

Experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on microservices and Familiarity with API documentation tools (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger), event-driven systems, and relevant microservices patterns (e.g., Saga, CQRS)

Job Description:

· Convert the business expectations(scope) into User Story document (BRD) covering all the requirements

· Create Feature list based on the requirements document-Elicitation of the feature and the requirements with the stakeholders-Writing User Stories-Creation of Wireframe

· Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to develop the User Interface Screen-Coordination with the stakeholder forgetting sign offs on the user stories, wireframes and Mockups-Brainstorming the requirement with the internal stakeholders-Organizing and leading the knowledge sharing session with the development, testing teams to spread the requirement

· Prepare and maintain traceability matrix

· Develop and maintain customer relationship and satisfaction

· Demonstrate the application with the stakeholder on a weekly basis.

· Capture the bugs/feedbacks during the walk-through with the stakeholder

· Participate in Bug Triage meetings

Requirements:

· Experience in business analysis or a related field.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or related field

· Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills.

· The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

· Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.

· Data analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel

· Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it

· Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills

· Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

· Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail

· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

· Strong customer service orientation

· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

· Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development

· Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
