Job Description:

·         Lead the design and architecture of Appian applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices.

·         Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within the Appian platform.

·         Guide and advise Appian Developers in implementing effective Appian solutions, while adhering to development best practices.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize the use of Appian technology.

·         Ensure that high-quality documentation is maintained throughout the development lifecycle, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.

·         Demonstrate leadership qualities by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the Appian development team.

·         Stay up to date with Appian platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and actively share knowledge with the team.
