Must Haves:

4-yr technical degree
3+ yrs of Microsoft Teams AND Cisco Unified Communications
Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation, MS 365,
Strong Written and Verbal Communication
2+ yrs Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
2+ yrs VoIP and Telephony (Avaya req'd)
