Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Employee Central and a strong background in integration, particularly with Oracle databases, LMS, and Performance and Goals modules.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and implement SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Employee Central.- Design and implement integrations with Oracle databases, LMS, and Performance and Goals modules.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications.- Ensure data integrity and security within the SuccessFactors environment.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.- Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices.

 

Must-Have Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in SuccessFactors development, with a focus on Employee Central.- Proven experience with integration, especially with Oracle databases.- Strong knowledge of LMS and Performance and Goals modules.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Experience with other SuccessFactors modules.- Familiarity with SAP HCM.- Certification in SuccessFactors.

Proactive and self-motivated.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
