Title: Technical Business Systems Analyst

Project Scope:
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department requires the services of 3 Systems Analyst 2, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Systems Analyst 2, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Texas Parks and Wildlife Department will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
Mandatory Skills:
- 7 years of experience with Working with product owners and subject matter experts to gather functional requirements and preparing user stories for sprint teams specific to software development projects.
- 7 years of experience with Leading sprint planning and grooming sessions.
- 7 years of experience with Collaborating with product owners and IT development teams to elicit, analyze, and elaborate on epics/features; decomposing features into user stories defining both functional and non-functional requirements.
- 7 years of experience with Analysing and designing the process and data flows from upstream to downstream systems to meet the solution requirements.
- 7 years of experience with Working in an Agile methodology project team environment.
- 7 years of experience with Reviewing, evaluating and testing software and documenting findings to technical and non-technical staff.
- 7 years of experience with Hands on analysis and experience with Java, REST APIs or similar web service experience and documenting their requirements
- 7 years of experience with Writing and analysing simple ad hoc queries.
- 7 years of experience with Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff.
