Job Description:
Advanced to expert skills in client-server or cloud applications with a strong grasp of programming concepts, supported by education, certification, and work experience. At least 10 years in IT with a minimum of 3 years on the Salesforce Platform, including administrative tasks and APEX/Visualforce development. Solid understanding of web application security and proven ability to work independently, exercising good judgment. Experience in contract development and negotiation. Knowledge of Quality Management principles and practices. Effective in managing and mentoring junior staff, with a knack for providing advice on performance and development plans.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator with advanced to expert proficiency in client-server or cloud applications. This role requires a solid foundation in programming concepts, backed by relevant education, certifications, and extensive work experience.
Key Requirements:
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced to expert skills in developing client-server or cloud applications. Strong understanding of programming concepts and design procedures.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT, including at least 3 years working with the Salesforce Platform, covering administrative configuration and APEX/Visualforce development.
- Security & Self-Direction: Deep knowledge of web application security and the ability to work independently with sound judgment.
- Contract Development: Experience in developing and negotiating contracts.
- Quality Management: Familiarity with Quality Management principles and practices.
- People Skills: Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff, with a strong aptitude for providing performance and development advice.
