Title: MSFT Dynamics Business Central Functional Architect

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)
Duration: 16 months (Extension)

Special note: The role is remote, but travel will be required for onsite training

Is this an onsite role? No, but some travel is expected for quarterly planning and possibly some dealership training in future deployments.

Overview:

  • Engage with sales and leadership team members from Microsoft to identify and execute strategy for how to better position our implementation team for success
  • Support our Industry Leadership by identifying and executing on CRM growth strategy
  • Participate and lead analysis and design sessions to capture functional and technical requirements related to clients’ sales, marketing, service, and operational needs
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of the CRM solution and how to work with prospect and clients on building a conceptual design based on solicited requirements and best practices
  • Advise clients and prospects on digital transformation approaches for solving business needs using CRM solution or related technologies

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree & 3 years of Business Central implementation experience.
  • Must be able to setup and configure inventory and locations in the system.
  • Must be able to process inbound and outbound orders using basic and advanced warehousing processes.
  • Familiar with Insight Works applications for mobile devices.
  • Experience training key users in these processes
