| Role Description: | 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a strong background in Agile and SAFe methodologies.● Proven experience working with the Microsoft Stack, ADO● Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and pipeline management.● Proven track record of delivering successful products in a complex software development setting● Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, and use case documentation● Proficiency in technical documentation tools● Experience with agile development methodologies and tools● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment● Nice to have: Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, search engines, and recommendation enginesThese responsibilities are designed to ensure that the Product Owner can effectively lead product development efforts while leveraging Agile methodologies, the Microsoft Stack, and best practices in SDLC and pipeline management.● Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.● Align product vision with organizational goals.● Own and manage the product backlog.● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.● Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.● Serve as the key liaison between development teams, UX/UI designers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.● Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of product increments.● Utilize expertise in the Microsoft Stack to guide product development and integration efforts.● Manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.● Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and communications.Senior Product Owner – Agile , Microsoft , SDLC , Pipeline Management , SAFe Agile , Microsoft Stack |
