Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years working with Pega Robotic Process Automation (PRPC)
- Version v8
- 5+ years working with BPM
- Experience with claims workstation
- Oracle SQL experience and understanding DB2
- Strong experience communicating with team members to qualify opportunity
- Strong understanding how to configure business rules and workflows and integration
- Testing experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Pega frameworks such as Pega Customer Service for Healthcare, Pega Care Management, or Pega Claims for Healthcare.
- Experience with healthcare IT systems such as EHR (Electronic Health Records), EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and practice management systems.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms and Pega Cloud Services.
