Job Title:  Network Engineer

Location:  Collierville, TN 38017

Mode : Contract (Onsite) (Night Shift)     

Job Description:

·  In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.

·  Expertise in configuring and managing Viptela SD-WAN solutions.

·  Proficient in F5 load balancing, including LTM, GTM, and iRules.

·  Strong understanding of wireless networking concepts and best practices.

·  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·  Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·  Diagnose and resolve complex network issues involving Cisco R&S, Viptela SD-WAN, F5 load balancers, and wireless networks.

·  Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.

·  Work closely with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

·  Collaborate with network architects and project teams on new implementations and upgrades.

·  Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and technical guidance.
