Position: Manual QA for Guidewire Claim Centre

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Note: Need local candidates only and Strong expereince with Guidewire and P&C insurance.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  12+ years of experience in QA/Testing.
• Proven experience in manual testing of Guidewire Claim Centre software. Guidewire certification in Claim Centre is preferred.
• P&C insurance domain concepts and workflows
• Must have work experience in various Manual testing areas – Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing and End-to-End Testing.
• Should have Experience in developing and maintaining overall Test methodology and strategy, creating Test plans, Test cases and executing Tests cases.
• Defect reporting and tracking using any defect tracking tool. ALM/ADO 
• Should have experience in analyzing FRDs/BRDs and creating test plan based on it.
• Abilit to manage onshore/offshore and client interactions and stakeholder communication as per the business needs.
• Experience working with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall model.
• Knowledge of Automation would be added advantage.
• Work independently and demonstrate ownership on tasks assigned.
• Communicate effectively with team members to provide status updates and escalate critical issues.
• Excellent Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
