Work Location: 2 MTC
Hybrid: Work location & Remote (3 days in office/2 days remote) @ 9 MetroTech Center 6th floor Brooklyn NY 11201
SCOPE OF SERVICES
• Ensure abidance by industry regulatory and quality standards.
• Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality specific to FIRE and EMD.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases as it relates to FIRE & EMD dispatch.
• Develop and prioritize and coordinate testing activities with FDNY and associate vendors.
• Develop and execute automation scripts in support of FIRE and EMD.
• Develop and apply testing processes in support of FIRE and EMD.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 13 years of experience in a particular technical and/or business application, product, platform, methodology or skill set.
•Testing Public Safety/Dispatch Applications or systems experience
•Previous integration / test experience on a large system
•Proactive approach to problem solving any issue, both technical and non-technical, with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
•Experience utilizing Selenium Test Suite, Mercury Interactive Tools, Maven, Rational SQA Suite/Team Test
