Rate:-40/hr

Job Description: 

  • Title IT Service Management Process Owner  Experience Level More than 10 years Skills & Job Responsibilities
  • IT Service Management Process Owner of an IT Service Management process, (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.).
  • The process owner will be responsible for ensuring high levels of performance of the ITSM processes.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely reporting and establishing service improvement activities, when required. Responsible for overseeing all related processes and ensuring they are effectively executed. Implements improvements and strategies to support the goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Develops metrics and reporting requirements and maintains service level agreements (SLA). Trains, guides and advises on the process.
  • Develops and maintains process documentation, workflow diagrams and knowledge database articles.
  • Promotes high service quality and identifies opportunities to improve day-to-day operations.

The Change Management Process Owner leads the Change Control Board ensuring that all change requests meet all requirements for promotion to the production environment
