The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis capabilities and expertise in Tableau dashboard creation, Tableau Prep, Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel. This position will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights and optimizing data workflows for improved decision-making.

Job Type: Contract (Corp to Corp/C2Cor W2 or 1099)
Job Location: Austin, Texas (Fully Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Design and deploy data flows using Tableau Prep to streamline data processing.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and research to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Assist in automating existing data products to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop solutions.
• Utilize Python and SQL for data manipulation, automation, and integration with various platforms.
• Apply Microsoft Excel functions and features to analyze and present data effectively.
• Support geospatial analysis projects using ESRI or similar platforms (preferred).
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all analytics and reporting efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience creating products with Tableau Creator.
• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying data flows with Tableau Prep.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and data research work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with geospatial analysis platforms such as ESRI.
