| Role Description: | Design, develop, and test Genesys Cloud flows using common modules, data actions, data tables, and other components.Implement and extend Genesys Cloud using SDKs and APIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and JavaScript for Genesys Cloud configurations.Integrate Genesys Cloud with Salesforce CTI and other third-party applications.Develop and manage digital bots for chat and email within Genesys Cloud.Implement Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) solutions within Genesys Cloud.Monitor and troubleshoot Genesys Cloud applications to ensure optimal performance.Provide detailed documentation and examples of work in areas such as design, data management, error handling, monitoring, alerting, and testing.
