Urgent Hiring for Filenet Developer || Remote

Position: Filenet Developer with Kofax-

Location: Los Angeles, CA(Remote)

Job Description:

·         The Document Imaging Senior Engineer will play key role in enhancing or upgrading existing imaging applications as well as implementing and supporting new technology and imaging solutions including applications, which integrate with FileNet and Kofax. This individual is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of imaging solutions including workflow orchestration, desktop and web based applications. This role also includes troubleshooting for system issues, and perform regular preventative maintenances.

·         The Document Imaging Engineer will continually learning new imaging technologies and will work with other teams to implement/troubleshoot incidents and on projects. This position will also participate in planning/management/implementation of projects, and manage vendor relationships.

Skills:

·         Solve production and systems issues generated by incident tickets from the helpdesk. This includes troubleshooting, testing fixes, and implementing in production environment. 5%

·         Work on OSRs and work orders that come from the help desk. 5%

·         Work with the functional and business analysts to gather business requirements, design, development, and implement technical and business specifications for conversion, interfaces, enhancements, reports etc. 5%

·         Participate in successful completion of DR exercise for entire imaging platform 5%

·         Assist on LOBs inquiries on imaging application functionality and capabilities 5%

·         Coordinate and train users on imaging applications 5%

·         Participate in business work sessions in developing solution design and architecture including integrations with other applications and interfaces 15%

·         Develop, test and implement imaging repositories and workflows (capture and BPM) 15%

·         Train subordinates and assist in prioritizing projects and issues with team 5%

·         Troubleshoot and fix Kofax or FileNet issues in test environment and submit necessary change request to implement to production. This includes assisting and fixing Kofax and FileNet system administration for business' repository and workflows 5%

·         Troubleshoot Kofax workflow issues reported by LOBs and scan processors 5%

·         Assist vendor in upgrade and fix patch installation and testing 5%

·         Create ad-hoc reports for various business units and other minor requests based on business needs 5%

·         Responsible for creating/updating system documentations such as application run book, DR plans, and support knowledge articles 5%

·         Participate in other application support projects and duties as needed or requested 10%Ability to be on call and provide off hour support 5%

Skills

Required Work Experience:

Minimum 7 years of IT experience

Minimum 5 years in a in Kofax and/or FileNet experience (Administration and Workflow)
