Skills Required :
10+ years of experience in database management systems and large-scale data migrations, w
ith a strong focus on healthcare EHR systems such as Cerner Millennium, Epic, or Meditech,
involving complex integrations and compliance with HIPAA and HL7/FHIR standards.
10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, including expertise in advanced SQL scripting, stored procedures,
query optimization, and ETL processes for seamless SaaS migrations.
7+ years of expertise in business process analysis, workflow optimization, and automation, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable,
enterprise-level solutions in healthcare IT environments.
7+ years of experience documenting and standardizing business process flows, data models, and system architecture, utilizing tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS.
Proven ability to design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms like Mulesoft,
BizTalk, or Boomi to ensure seamless interoperability between systems.
Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices to protect sensitive patient information
and ensure regulatory compliance with HITECH, GDPR, and SOC 2.
Demonstrated expertise in agile project management, SDLC methodologies, and DevOps best practices, utilizing tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
