| General Description |
- Implement and configure the PlainID Authorization Platform according to clients’ requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients’ IT teams to understand the requirement for roles and policies to be configured and integrate with applications and microservices.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to PlainID implementations and test the policies based on the business requirement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, configuration instructions, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Lead and guide support teams in resolving complex issues and architecting effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest PlainID features, updates, and best practices to provide proactive support and guidance to clients.
