REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
Business Intelligence Specialist SOW
The Business Intelligence Specialist will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining reports and analytics solutions using SSRS, PowerBI, and ServiceNow (SNOW)to support and enhance organizational decision-making. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, and maintain reports in MSSQLSSRS.
- Create and manage reports in ServiceNow.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports in PowerBI.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data dictionary.
- Gather, analyze, and document report requirements from stakeholders.
- Train users on report usage and create detailed user guides.
- Collaborate with leadership, business analysts, and application architects to align data strategies with
- business objectives.
- Optimize databases for performance and security while ensuring the consistency and quality of data assets.
Required Skill Sets/Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server programming
- Experience with gathering user requirements for report development
- Experience with documenting report requirements
- Experience with documenting data dictionary
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience with report development in MSSQLSSRS, PowerBl and Service Now
- Experience with .Net API development isa plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
