Job Description
We are seeking an Application Support Engineer with expertise in Kibana scripting, Oracle PL/SQL, and database-driven customer experience applications. The candidate will manage, troubleshoot, and enhance application support processes while ensuring seamless database operations for customer-facing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support: Monitor and maintain customer experience applications, resolving issues promptly to ensure high availability.
Troubleshooting: Analyze and fix application issues, collaborating with development and QA teams as needed.
Database Management: Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts for performance tuning and data integrity.
Kibana Scripting: Create and maintain Kibana scripts for log analysis, visualization, and troubleshooting.
Incident Management: Manage and document incident resolution processes while implementing preventive measures.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support enhancements and new features.
Reporting: Generate reports on system performance and support metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years in application support, with exposure to customer-facing databases.

Technical Skills:
 Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and database optimization.
Hands-on experience with Kibana scripting for data analysis and monitoring.
Knowledge of SQL query optimization and database troubleshooting.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Tools: Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, ticketing systems, and performance monitoring tools.
 Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other scripting languages (Python, Shell) is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools or customer experience applications.
Understanding of cloud-based database services.
