General Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for SAP projects, focusing on the people side of change.
•Assess the impact of SAP initiatives on stakeholders and end users; identify potential risks and resistance to change.
•Create communication plans, training programs, and materials to support SAP implementations and enhancements.
•Lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to promote understanding and acceptance of SAP changes.
•Provide coaching and support to project teams, business leaders, and end users to facilitate successful adoption of SAP solutions.
•Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities; adjust strategies as needed to ensure project success.
•Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
•Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and IT teams to ensure alignment and communication on SAP-related changes.
•Stay informed about SAP best practices and industry trends related to organizational change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Total years of experience 7-10 similar activities. Added advantage SAP Digital & Entertainment.
•Proven experience as an SAP OCM Lead or similar role, managing change initiatives in large-scale SAP implementations.
•In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
•Strong understanding of SAP systems and modules; hands-on experience with SAP implementations preferred.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
•Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Associate) is a plus.
