Position #1: AEM Architect

Who are we looking for?
- Analytics SME with experience in Adobe Analytics for a big digital transformation program for one of our clients. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications and lead team in implementing large scale AEM implementation projects
Technical Skills:
- Overall 5+ years of development experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
MUST be very strong and hands on experience in each of following areas:
- Good knowledge and solid hands-on experience Adobe Analytics along with market standards analytics tools & platforms like GTM, Adobe Target, etc.
- Must have designed data layer and foundation for setting up Adobe Analytics for large sites
- Experienced in integrating AEM and Adobe Analytics
- 2+ years of experience in JavaScript, CSS and JSO
- Currently/actively managing Adobe Launch or being working on migration from DTM to Launch in the last 6 months
- Knowledge of Adobe Variables (eVars, Props, Events), Classifications, SAINTS and Processing Rules
- Knowledge of Adobe Data Warehouse, Workbench and Feeds
- Heavy hands-on experience building Workspaces and narratives
- Good to have – Experience in configuring Target to drive customized, personalized, and predictive experience for Web channels
- Good to have – Experience in Integrating Adobe Target with the Experience Cloud products
- Clear understanding of Adobe Analytics requirements.
- Ability to interact with business users on a daily basis.
- Demonstrable ownership Adobe Analytics projects.
- Extensive experience in planning and Analytics Implementation

Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager with 2+ years of experience in AEM 6.5 for one of our biggest client in Insurance domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications and lead team in implementing large scale AEM / CQ implementation projects.
Technical Skills:
• 5 -7 years of IT experience Architects and develops extensible and scalable Java-based applications on the Adobe Experience Management (AEM / CQ) platform
• Leads large scale AEM / CQ implementation projects
• Prepares detailed technical design for various templates, custom components as well as services layer
• Develop, implement and configure web and mobile application solutions using AEM / CQ and technologies including JAVA, HTML, JavaScript, XML and web services
• Experience in integrating AEM with Adobe cloud tools like Analytics, Launch, Dynamic Media
• Evaluates, recommends and implements content management strategies, solutions, tools and workflows

Software Engineer with experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5) for a big digital transformation program for one of our clients. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:
- Overall 8+ years of experience in AEM and 3+ years of experience on AEM 6.5 with Editable templates, Workflows, Content fragments, Experience fragments, AEM Forms, Components development, Environment setup, understanding of dispatcher configuration, Sling framework, custom OSGI components creation
- Serve as lead AEM developer on a multi-developer team to implement a large corporate website
- Serve as primary in-house expert on AEM to develop best architectural solutions and be able to effectively communicate AEM considerations to factor when developing requirements
- Experience on developing Touch UI components
- Good hands on experience on Java/J2EE, OSGi, Sling and JSR development
- Exposed to overlaying of OOTB components
- Work experience in Marketing, Analytics, LDAP integration, Personalization, etc.
- Prepares detailed technical design for various templates, custom components as well as services layer
- Develops extensible and scalable Java-based applications on the Adobe Experience Management (AEM) platform
- Work experience with other CMS tools would be added advantage
