VITA – Virginian Identity Service Owner
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The purpose of this position is to manage delivery for the Virginian Identity service which is in the Enterprise solutions directorate. This position responsible for developing and promoting the Virginian Identity service.
The position will utilize ITIL and other principles to gather requirements, identify customer demand and develop the service that leverages the existing expertise and infrastructure.
Identify opportunities for to revise the solution.
Develop and implement processes to ensure the solution is delivered to customers in an efficient and effective manner.
Provide strategic direction for delivery of the Virginian Identity service. The position will ensure the service aligns with evolving customer needs and compliance requirements.
The position will be responsible for working with customers and vendors to identify opportunities and ensure consistent delivery.
