Top Skills & Years of Experience: – 10+ years of experience with Ca-Gen development analysis – 4-7 years of design experience in a mainframe DB2 Client server environment
Nice to Have Skill: – Ability to independently perform a variety of complicated IT analysis / programming tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude – Leadership role that has responsibility for multiple large, complex software development with greater impact to the enterprise – Experience with REST web services

Remote or On-site? Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. 100% remote in the State of Wisconsin.
Software Engineer capabilities with 10 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated IT analysis / programming tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Senior role that has responsibility for multiple large, complex software development with greater impact to the enterprise. Responsible for assisting Project leader/manager assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. 10 plus years of experience with Ca-Gen development analysis and design in a mainframe DB2 Client server environment. Good oral and written communication skills are required.
This position currently offers the option to work up to 100% remote, this could change to 100% in house. On-site at the Madison Yards Way, 4822 Madison Yards Way, Madison, Wisconsin.
