Responsibilities
Develop and enhance features related to Data Platform and Big Data services through the direction of the Technical Product Owner assigned to this team.
Extract/Transform/Load data from various data sources.
Collaborate with other software engineering teams, product managers, and architects in a cross functional environment to innovate and improve Data Platform.
Provide operational support including triaging and resolving production issues.
Skills
Must have
Proficient in Programming Languages/Frameworks: Python, PySpark, Spark, Scala.
Experienced with AWS Ecosystem: EMR, Lambdas, Glue ETL, Step Functions, Dynamo DB, RedShift, Athena, S3 Data Lake / Lake Formation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal/written communication skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration focus.
