What you’ll do
The Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) organization embodies the hub of lifecycle engineering at Client, delivering, maintaining, and optimizing our technology portfolio at cloud scale. We are a service-oriented team aimed at providing extraordinary experiences to thousands of Client associates, business partners, and application delivery teams across the portfolio.
· Coordinating all related project activities and deliverables; utilizing appropriate resources as required; develop and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of project and BAU activities
· Works with the product owner and business SMEs to elicit detailed requirements
· Write stories for Epic delivery based on detailed requirements
· Coordinate end to end management of the activities to deliver those epics stories and features with the Customer and engineering teams
· Monitors progress against targets
· Research, gathers information, summarizes data
· Review and update activities within a Project tracker in conjunction with Manager/Manger Of/AVPD
· Develop formal project documentation and ensures that all required documentation is forwarded to all parties for all projects/activities
· Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners
· Contributes to project team backlog refinement, including user story point estimation and testing considerations
· Supports functional feature discovery efforts
· Analyzes business processes, and defines integrated business and solution requirements using industry standard methodologies and techniques
· Ability to work independently on small-medium assignments with minimal guidance
What you’ll need
· Knowledge of Project Management
· Excellent computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets; e-mail, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. (required)
· Strong organizational skills; interpersonal skills including conflict management; and information gathering including active listening skills
· Problem solving skills including analysis of information and recommending solutions
· Communication skills including facilitation skills; verbal skills; and written skills
· Project coordination skills; preparing and maintaining project plans
· Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (plus)
· Functional knowledge of Asset Management and Configuration Management (functional knowledge) (plus)
