Required:
Create and implement mainframe applications and systems.
Enhance and update existing applications to improve performance and functionality.
Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices and standards
Must Have:
Onshore and Offshore Coordination
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in COBOL programming and mainframe development tools.
Extensive experience with Db2 database design, SQL queries, and performance tuning.
In-depth knowledge of CICS transaction processing and application development.
Expertise in JCL for batch job management and automation.
Strong understanding of VSAM file organization and management.
Job Summary: As a Mainframe Technical Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining mainframe applications and systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and providing technical guidance on projects involving Db2, CICS, JCL, and VSAM.
Application Development: Design, develop, and enhance mainframe applications using COBOL, Db2, CICS, JCL, and VSAM.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Specialist) are a plus.
